NFL picks 2019, Week 5: The Panel of Fans hoping to fare better than last week’s carnage.

We were spoilt rotten with drama in week 4. How good was the Thursday night game? What about the shootout between the Rams and the Bucs? The Lions running the Chiefs close, or the Browns getting into gear against the Ravens.

Only three teams are unbeaten so far the Cheifs, Patriots and the 49ers who had a bye in week 4.

The best record from week 4 went to our Guest Expert, the $2 coin and Peter’s 8-7, while Wayne, Tashinga and myself were next best with 7-8 records. Garnet scored a 6-9. And somebody got a 5-10 to mark the toughest game week of the season so far. I lost a lot of money betting on NFL games.

The rankings for far -:

NFL Predictions Season Overall

Guest Expert 38-25
Tashinga 37-26
Peter⁩ 37-26
⁨Tawanda 36-27
Philani 36-27
Wayne⁩ 35-28
⁨Garnet 33-30
$2 coin 32-31

The panel agrees that the Eagles, the Texans, the Patriots, and Chargers are sure picks. Everything else is a toss-up, picking is getting harder by the week.

In Week 5 my team to watch will be the LA Rams. They were pummeled by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The run games was next to zero versus the Bucs and their vaunted defense crumbled to dust. They have a tough-looking bounce back game as they visit Seahawks and their 12th man. It will not be a walk in the park and their mantle will be tested all the way.

For the of the week I stay with the Rams and Seahawks. Two dynamic defenses face each other in a matchup that will see them try to contain some pretty good offenses. The match has a lot to live up to based on the entertainment we got last week in the Thursday Night Football. The Seahawks would love this win and the Rams don’t want back to back losses, great game loading people.
